I actually prefer the soft cover. I find hardbacks a pain when playing a game that has a lot of referencing during game play. I think that's why the mini rule books are so sought after. Imagine playing Infinity with a 40K type rule book. Compared to the last two, additions this format is vastly improved. I haven't seen any of the awkward translation issues that plagued 1st and 2nd edition. Played a game of N3 last night and it was a blast!

I moved up here from Vancouver. We had a very solid group there. Hope I van find the same passion for the game up here.
