Opting to lay low? Stay home and stay safe, we'll catch you next time. THE MISSION Games we play: All, with a focus on Warhammer 40k, Bloodbowl, Necromunda, War Cry, board games and more. While it is possible to find a pickup game at Game Night, it is much better to pre-arrange a game before coming down. New players are always welcome, feel free to stop by and check it out. Do not attend game night if you experience any of the symptoms found here. GAME NIGHT EXPECTATIONS If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s taught us we don’t need more stress in our lives. As a result, Ordo is expecting an even greater level of friendliness and fellowship at Game Night than our normal high expectations. Please be aware that as always, the Czar has the ability to ask a player to leave if the Czar feels it necessary. Games are meant to be fun, so let’s have fun.

  8. Alright gents! Come on down to the club! The warm press of bodies will deliver us from the cold. So get a gamer full of hot air and bring them down to the club for the best natural resource to use for heating - RAGE!!! We have some playing out the end of the Stunty Leeg for Blood Bowl. Mars may be terraformed at any moment. For those of you who have interest in doing some Kill Team, I put together a little something. I'll be there with my Genestealer Cult and welcoming any challengers! KILL KILL KILL the Leader ------------------------- Each model killed within 12" of the leader earns 1VP. Players earn 3VP for killing the opposing Kill Team Leader. For each round your Leader suffers an unsaved wound, roll on this table. If this is the last wound for your leader, lay them down on the table like Celestine and roll on the table at the end of the player turn. If you roll anything other than a 4, they get back up with 1 wound and whatever result from the table. --------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Scrappin' - Your leader gains Hatred (all enemies). 2. Iron Resolve - Your leader gains +1 Toughness until this table is rolled on again. 3. Painkillers - Your leader gains FNP 3+ until this table is rolled on again. 4. Pigeon Feed - Your leader suffers instant death and is removed as a casualty (removal still triggers any death sequence abilities). 5. The F-Word - Your leader suffers a -2 Leadership until this table is rolled on again. 6. Phoenix - Your leader regains all wounds and gains the Phoenix Aura. Any models involved in a close combat (including friendly models) with this leader is automatically hit with Soul Blaze (do not roll a 4+ to see if it occurs the first time). During subsequent rounds of close combat, roll a 4+ as normal to see if the Soul Blaze deals damage or fizzles out. The Leader with the Phoenix Aura is not subject to Soul Blaze (from any source including enemies). Phoenix remains in affect even if you roll on this table again. If a 6 is rolled a second time, roll again until a different result is obtained. If your Kill Team Leader is still alive at the end of the battle and rolled on the table, award 2VP. Look forward to seeing everyone there! For the Good of the Order p.s. 20 VPs for the person who can name the album I based the table off of.
  9. Hey guys, I will be showing up sometime in the early afternoon on Friday to OFCC with the Warhamsters. I was wondering if there was enough interest in my home grown rules called Endless Highways: Blood, Gas and Steal. The rules were created to use all of the madmax cars I made in this thread. http://www.ordofanaticus.com/index.php?/topic/25102-vroom-vroom-and-boom-boom/ I was thinking of making a scenario where up to 6 people could play, each player would have 1 pre-constructed vehicle to use. Thanks
  10. Come one, come all! What crazy shenanigans will occur this week? Who knows?! I may or may not have a 40k game against NathanVoodoo. All of the Old Skool missions are posted. I know I need to make up one of them. Come enjoy a boardgame or grabass (pending Burk's attendance). For the good of the order.
  11. I will be there for some 40k against NathanVoodoo. Who else will be coming down and getting in some games? 40k, Blood Bowl, board games, you name it, we have it going on! See you there.
  12. Who's coming out? This Tuesday will be seeing some hot gaming action at the clubhouse! Bring it on you guys!
  13. The day of Tues is almost upon us. What further Blood Bowl shenanigans will be witnessed on this evening? Will there by some 40k going on to prepare for the Old School league? Is there a boardgame that evil_bryan owns that we can make sure he doesn't win at, again?! These things and more will be happening at the clubhouse this coming Tuesday. Hope to see you there! *I'll be there for some boardgaming*
  14. For anyone who is interested in learning Fantasy or getting their hobby jump-started after OFCC, come down to WoW and engage in Game Night. Raindog is starting a low points Escalation league which will culminate in the Raindog's Rampage at the end of the league. I encourage you all to come down and participate. If you don't play fantasy but still want to game, come on down and play at the club!
  15. OFCC 2014 Tabletop Design Contest Hello Ordo-ites! This year at our four day OFCC weekend, we have a Tabletop Design Contest. Come one and come all! Do you have terrain at home? At the game store? Can your terrain be used to forge the grimmest, darkest narratives of the future? Can your terrain set the scene of battle for a hail of arrows and stampeding cavalry? Bring it down to the Lloyd Center for our weekend of gaming and show it off for the whole community to see! We have a huge space this year and many, many events. If you have terrain that can make all of us wonder why it looks so cool, then you could be the winner of some fantastic prizes and the grand title of “Fabricator General”. You can build a table for these events: Warhammer Fantasy Team Event Warhammer 40k Team Event Requirements: All terrain must be fully painted All terrain must be available until the event it was designed for is over. Photos of each table must be submitted by September 15, 2014 for approval. Please send to tabletopcontest@ordofanaticus.com We will provide the main table and/or playing surface at the venue so all you need to bring is the terrain itself. It is not necessary to participate in any of the events to participate in the contest. Table would need to be available on September 26, 2014 for setup before use in our team events
  16. Who is planning on coming to Game Night next week? The PE campaign is having a makeup night, so if you missed a game, post here if you want an opponent. I know a lot of people are looking for Xwing games also. I'm thinking of attending, but I want to play board games, so if anyone else is interested in board games, let me know.
