McNathanson
Someone had some awesome looking Trebs at the OFCC this year in a Bret army. Does anyone know who that was?
thatdave
Sean Zern was playing Brets, as was John Cadice. I will look a bit further into the lists and see who else may have been. Those two for sure tho.

McNathanson
No doubt, it was awesome. I want to copy it! Does anyone know his forum name here on Ordo so I can PM him?
Blustorm
No doubt, it was awesome. I want to copy it! Does anyone know his forum name here on Ordo so I can PM him? I don't think he has an Ordo account, currently. If he does, he doesn't post much or ever.

Murphy'sLawyer
That Cattlepult (spelling intended) was fun to look at but Sean was over the top fun to play against. And his army was mostly out of production old metal Brets that are really hard to find. Can't wait to see what he does next year.

Sean always ranks very high in Sportsmanship in whatever tournament he plays in. I think he won Best Sports at the Baltimore GT (200+ players) in WFB in 2000 or 2001.

Too bad the store pretty much burned him out.
ClassicFlava
Sean got me into the wargaming hobby many years ago at games and gizmos in Redmond Wa. I think was in junior high at the time. Doesn't surprise me that he won best sports at a GT.
Swan-of-War
I blame him and Kendra for introducing me to wargames at Z Games. Both great people

Doesn't surprise me that he won best sports at a GT. My first game of Fantasy in the Seattle area was against Sean at the old Games and Gizmos in Redmond. That was in 1998 and I remember it like it just happened. There are few people that embody the best of the hobby as well as Sean.
CaptainA
I still have an army builder bag of his with his name on it that he sold when raising funds for a house that I cherish to this day.
McNathanson
I will always remember him, the way his eyes would pierce right into my soul, the way... hang on, what's that?! He's still alive?!?! GUYS! GREAT NEWS! HE'S LIVES!! HE'S STILL WITH US!!!!!
fluger
Joking aside, I think waiting for someone to die to compliment them sincerely is silly.
McNathanson
That wasn't the point of my joke, it was pointing out that people were talking about him like he wasn't around any more! He's a great guy for sure and Kendra is da bomb. I also find playing Sean to be both entertaining and exhausting because I am so distracted with his antics that I can't think about the game :)
