You didn't read it very well, did you? It quite explicitly stated that they literally can not do that. 

However, from what I can tell, you can deepstrike a Stormtrooper Squad, fire, and have it embark a transport to gtfo.

I just really hope Chimeras get a points drop, but I can see this being a fairly effective force.

Messes with opponent target priority as they don't know when that squad will be targetable again... add in obsec and really make it a tough choice for that one turn exposure without loss of your own fire power by choice/ mechanic
