Guest
Double Checking. Can my Warlord be from an Auxilery Support Detachment? If wondering the practicality of doing so, there are warlords that add Command Points to the army simply by being the warlord. So I could run, for example, Abaddon in a Aux detachement and have him be the warlord. Him being warlord grants +2 Command Points, so I net +1 Command Points. Abaddon is black Legion, so if the rest of my army was another legion, this would allow me to field Abaddon with his legion trait, while fielding another legion trait for the rest of my army (Abaddon being an ally does make sense for CSM fluff). SPaceORK
Yes? I suppose you can do this. But why?

I like to be sure that the rules are what I think they are, before I start playing. The option to field a special character from another faction is certainly appealing, especially if no other models are required.
