The Tyranid one is mostly "No, you can't do that. You obviously can't disembark from a teleported land raider since that is an option only at the start of the embarked unit's movement phase. If the land raider had a rule like Drop Pod Assault, this could be circumvented. That AM Aquila Lander and Arvus Lighter have the Areial Drop rule which allows deep strike, but does not grant the ability to disembark units on the same turn.
