Freaky arms are poking out in every direction and are a major pain in the ass to move into assault. Are you opposed to conversions? I've been finding that drilling holes for and installing a second set of arms into most fleshy things makes them fit my Chaos Spawn/Tyranid army. I'm not planning to field any genestealers, but I'd imagine that most fleshy humanoid models would look the part with a second set of limbs.
