In Flames of War version 3, The 15cm sIG33 gun is rated as Bunker Buster
In version 4, there is no "Bunker Buster" rule. Instead, guns previously listed as "Bunker Buster" get one or two changes:
1) Firepower = "AUTO" (in third Edition, this was FP = 1+)
2) Brutal Gun = Infantry teams must re-roll successful saves.

Additionally, in city fights, the Brutal Special Rule has one more effect:
"When a weapon that has the Brutal special rule hits a Team in a Room, in addition to its normal effects, roll a die and add the result to the number of hits scored by the weapon. All of the hits from a Brutal weapon must be assigned to Teams in the same Room."

For the new Battlefront IRON CROSS book, the relevant gun that is affected by the Brutal rule is the sIG 33 Gun. The following is a list of 3rd edition stats for the sIG 33 Gun ("schweres Infanterie Geschuetz", model 1933)

GE133 StuIG 33B or Sturm-Infanteriegeschuetz 33B
As early as 1941, the StuG III chassis was chosen to carry the heavy 15 cm sIG 33 howitzer for close infantry support. Development took time however, and in the end, twenty-four vehicles were so converted and all delivered in October 1942. Twelve of them were diverted to the battle of Stalingrad with the StuG Abteilung 177, and arrived on 8 November 1942, in order to offer an efficient way to to deal with this urban environment. It was already too little too late. All were lost in combat or captured, while the other half was sent to the 23rd Panzer Division. The 15 cm howitzer was the same already used on a Panzer I chassis in 1940, and the Panzer II based “15 cm sIG 33 auf Fahrgestell Panzerkampfwagen II (Sf)” in North Africa.

I see what they did. The bunker buster hitting every team in an entire building was maybe to powerful for buildings that could hold 20+ teams. This seems like a good way to persuade the soviet player to not use the buildings. With a 2 gun battery you would probably have a minimum of two hits if one of the guns missed and then you rolled a 1 on your d6. 14 hits if you roll well.
