Bosco Posted February 18, 2019 Report Share Posted February 18, 2019 For anyone interested, the next season of ReBBL (Reddit Blood Bowl League) is opening sign ups for the North American season (REL) reasonably soon. I've played two seasons there, Burk just finished his first, Michaels has been there for IDK how long (he's in div 1 this season); there is definitely some good talent to play against and a solid community of around 200 players in 14 player division seasons. REL is one game a week, scheduled with your opponent via Reddit/discord, played online in the PC version only. If you're interested you'd need a Reddit account, and the PC version of BB2 along with a good internet connection. Discord isn't mandatory, but it is recommended, it's where a lot of the community chat actually occurs. Teams start as TV 1000 standard teams (no custom teams), there is a pre season greenhorn cup you can build some SPP in but otherwise don't play your team in any other games prior to the season starting. Andrewgeddon Posted February 20, 2019 Report Share Posted February 20, 2019 I went through a season of the ReBBRL (rookie league) in both the "College" league and the "Upstarts" league. I ended up 1st in my division in College playing Necro and won a spot in the playoffs, but was eliminated first round. I also ended up going undefeated in Upstarts (smaller 5 round league) with Chorfs. Shortly after, my PC crapped out on me. Minor bragging out of the way, the ReBBL community is amazing. With the exception of one game I played outside of the normal leagues, all of my games and opponents were great, and would love to get involved again, whenever I have a PC that works. Highly recommend it, especially the various rookie leagues for anyone like me who hasn't played a ton, great learning environment. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
