I'm playing a Kobold that evolved from Diving Iguanas. We got into a fight with a couple leviathans, and I fought one off in the water with my cutlass. I'm a barbarian. We also have a cleric, a fighter, a thief, and a ranger. It's a weird co-dm system. Everyone has input on what is happening, after a fashion. Worth playing with the right people. I can't tell you who those people are for you, but you'll quickly figure out what I mean.
