We all know how hard the financial side of running events can be, and not every club/event has the backup of a treasury like Ordo. When you create a new team there is a checkbox, bottom left I believe for custom team. Check that then you can add skills to your players. You can't add star players, but in theory you could just create them from scratch, assuming you need 7 or less improvements rolls longer there.
