Exile Posted May 29, 2016 Report Share Posted May 29, 2016 In 6 months of driving for UBER, I have seen 1 (one) surge in Vancouver proper. PDX Downtown to Vancouver will run you 16-25 bucks. Since it's per mile/minute, you can probably count on it being roughly similar for the return trip. If it is surging, wait 10 minutes, and it should subside.
