1. No, it'll probably be a while before I make it out for a Tuesday (I'm bowling on Tuesdays this Spring). I might want to set up a random game here or there though. I'll probably stick mostly to Infinity then, for now. Fitting, since it's the last thing I actually bought anyway. I never actually learned the game beyond the basics. What's the average game size?
2. I'm playing lots on PS4. "FanneeDoolee" is my PSN ID if anyone wants to play there.
3. This seems.... too good to be true.
4. Wow. This release feels like an April Fools joke. They'd be better off releasing nothing and going dark on Fantasy as far as I'm concerned. I love the idea of 7th with 6th lists though. I'd finally be able to play again!
5. "Some hamsters just want to watch the world burn." "It is fatal to enter a war without the hamsters to win it."
6.
Is anyone willing and able to stumble through a first game of Infinity with me on Saturday afternoon? I feel comfortable with the overall basics, but Ive yet to play an actual game. I can probably field close to 200 points of Shasvastii that Im just starting to paint.

7. I picked up the Shasvastii starter today. I'll be looking for a game as soon as I can.
8. It bummed me out that it was announced on the same day that I finally caved in and bought my first X-Wing box. Other than that, I'm stoked.
9. Sound like you've got your 4, but I'd love to as well.
10. All of the negative reports I saw related to a fall in profits, which obviously isn't good, but they aren't operating a loss, either. I also read that a significant reason for the profit loss is related to licensing and royalties, not their core products. That falls pretty well in line with the closure of THQ. I don't think GW is in any sort of trouble.
11. Now that I'm committed to it, I hope there is some infinity being played that I can watch and learn from.
12. And here I was thinking about jumping in to Infinity tomorrow...
13. I wish I could have made the rifle course, because the handgun course was great. Thanks a ton for putting these on, Don! My wife especially walked away MUCH more comfortable and confident with firearms.
14. I know my wife and I have a blast playing Pandemic, Forbidden Island, Guillotine, and Red Dragon Inn.
15. I, along with my wife as a +1, will be attending Friday, the 25th.
16. I can confirm 2 for handguns on the 25th of July. We can't make both dates, unfortunately.
17. I, and likely a +1, would be interested. Either date works fine.
18. Its been stated already, but definitely bring Nathaniel in loop. He doesn't need to be directly involved unless things don't improve, or get worse, but he should know about the situation and support your course of action. I also haven't experienced the guy, but as someone who has little to no time, Id hate for the one moment I make it down to be soiled by some jerk.
19. What is the typical, go-to game size for Fantasy these days? As I baby step back in, I decided I'm going to complete my piece meal Tomb Kings army. I need to build a general list to build towards, but I'm not sure how big that list should be.
20. Excellent. Its a relief to hear I won't have to change much of how I constructed my army. I used to go two units of 25-30 Orcs (depending on Characters), one of which was usually Big 'Uns, a large block of 35-40 Night Goblins with Fanatics, then a smaller night goblin unit that existed only to transport more fanatics. Any formation advice? I used to go 6x5 with Orcs and 7x5 with Night Goblins. I could easily answer this by buying the book, but are Squig units still around? And Pump Wagons?
21. Hey guys, I haven't really played or kept up on Warhammer since about midway through 7th edition. I'm looking to jump back in and I'm wondering what sort of major things I need to know to get caught up. Specifically, I've got a sizable Orcs and Goblins army that I'd like to continue to use (and build from). For example, I used to like a base unit size for Orcs at 30 and Goblins at 40. Is this still viable, or are those small these days? Thanks for any input!
