Looking to clear the last of my Space marine lot. Asking $60/obo for $239 of retail stuff! 1 Assault on Black Reach Dreadnought 2 Normal dreadnoughts (between all 3 around 9 different weapons, assault cannon, missile launcher, 2 Multimeltas, 2 claws/flamer, etc) 10 Terminators Most are Black reach, but have an assault cannon termy and one missile pod termy (metal, OOP) 8 Standard assault marines (1 has a plasma pistol/chainsword, 1 has stormshield/chainsword, others have bolt pistol/chainsword) Looking to clearance them, but would consider trades for Necrons, Dark Elves, and 40k Orks too. Get a great deal on some good minis. All are assembled, but most are bare plastic, some are primered. All ready for your painting.

I also have some 10 terminators (1 w/Missile pod, 1 with assault cannon), 8 Assault marines (1 w/plasma pistol, 1 w/storm shield), and 3 dreadnoughts (9 different arms/weapons). I could part with that for a huge discount or trade wise, looking for Necrons, Dark Elves, Orks (40k), alien frontiers board game. Portland area? Sent PM too...

I don't know if I'll make it this week. We'll see...

Brought Formula D again, figured we could try the road race side...special drivers too if wanted. Got an extra dice set too, for easier/quick gameplay

I totally agree. Bryan brought it to game night. And after turn one I totally had a grasp on the game. Very good entry level game for a gamer. Might not be on par as ticket to ride and catan for entry level, but definitely only one step up...

Board games sound fun! Likely there about 4:30pm.

I picked up Ticket to Ride for Android today. It appears to be on sale. Instead of the normal $6.99, it's only $1.99...got it for my wife and I. Supports online play, not sure how to do 'friend' matches though yet.

I'm not sure if you're forced to use what they design, or if the player base can create games. I would imagine they could....interesting possibilities.

But list things like RPG minis, etc. I wonder how far people can take this and how publically distributable it would be. Imagine playing Alien frontiers and other games if someone took the time to build it. No idea if multiplayer is supported, or whatever. But interesting idea!

I think I might be wrong about Ticket to Ride, it says it has online Multiplayer. But does it have 'friends' only type multiplayer or just random??? Also says tablets, not sure about 4" Nexus 4...

I don't find most of the 'good cards' people want to trade. Some you can trade I suppose, but those I tend to have multiples of anyway. For example the Y-wing astromech, A-wing push the limit, Lamda advanced sensors, etc. People tend to hang onto those.

I was part of the beta for the Catan multiplayer on Android. According to their own site, the Catan Multiplayer will be cross platform functional. You only have online play though, no local play like Carcassone. The online play does allow you to set friends though and play private games amongst them (just requires internet to do so). And yes, I'm supposed to be able to challenge IOS users and Android users alike through their servers. I haven't tested the cross platform bit yet. Still waiting for my Wife's to get the latest patch...annoying

I bought Catan, it has Online play now but you can set private games with friends. Should work well. Wife's isn't loading the newest version yet, supposedly they are upgrading groups of licenses at once...apparently she has to wait to get into the latest patch group.... oh well, patience is a good thing I suppose.

That's the problem with Android. Android ports don't have all the same multiplayers each time. TTR doesn't for sure, Catan is getting multiplayer soon, but not sure if it's local or what. I wouldn't mind online play either if I can select a specific friend to play with.

Looking for some good Android games that have local multiplayer. Seems like Carcassonne has it but are their any other games that have local multiplayer? Doesn't seem like ticket to ride or catan have it. The goal is to play games with my wife on her phone. Just looking for something new.
