Rainy Day Games is going to stock Guild ball, Castle of Games orders it pretty regularly.

That is fair, PP hasn't figured out how to pay for a program to help with their website not crashing every 5 seconds when it hits critical mass. But for those going to lock n load or getting a ninja, the rules/cards will be available around that date.

Well battle boxes are $10 cheaper and comes with more stuffs, like a cool playmat and the rules will be free to download on June 12th

They are replacing Hardcore with Champions format, which isn't anything like hardcore at all. Hardcore was a staple event in MK1, that didn't quite transfer well into MK2 because of the models that have been released. I felt Mk2 was absolutely amazing edition and quite better than MK1 in the sense of power creep. I am excited for this new edition and I know PP will do an amazing job.

A local is going to be promoting the game pretty hard really soon. GG on Mondays would be the best bet to get quite a few games in, he said he will be there somewhat early. We should be coming up with another event really soon at Haven, probably in the next month or so.

Hello, I am Duck, I have been announced as the Head of Gaming for Warmachine/Hordes at the OFCC. We will be running the brand new Champions Format, that will be officially released at lock n load. Which means, You need to start painting! We should know what the ADR Roster is for Season 4 probably a month or two before lock n load but still, this will be a fully painted/based required event. Hey, i posted some local tournaments happening in the near future in the "Tournaments" Section of the forums.

This year is coming to a close and so that means it's time to start thinking about 2016! On January 23rd ill be running a 35pt 2 list Steamroller event at Guardian Games in the upstairs of Critical Sip. This means only players who are 21+ can sign up, but I am working the details of getting some play space in the main area for those who are not over 21. This even will also tie in our White Elephant exchange that keeps getting put off! The rules are such! Buy a model or unit of $25 or less, paint up the models and wrap them. Before the event, we will be piling the gifts together and everyone participating will get their chance to either select an unopened gift, or steal one that has been opened. This continues until all the gifts have been selected! If your gift is stolen, then you must pick another unopened gift from the pile to open, then things continue as normal. In addition to gift giving, players in the event will be able to alter their lists to include the model(s) received during the exchange. These models are considered Friendly Faction models and can be used in both lists if desired. Warcasters and Warlocks will take on the appropriate form depending on your Faction. If you are playing a Hordes faction and get a Warcaster, they become a Friendly Faction Warlock for the event. Entry Fee-$10 please bring cash as I will be handling the fees Time- registration at 10am, White Elephant will take place before the first round, roughly 11am. Lunch break will depend on number of players. 42 minute Death Clock Prize Support-will be based on attendance and given as store credit Sign ups!- Please do so in comments below. March 5th 2016, Red Castle Games will host a 50 point Masters event. Preregistration will start at 10:00, first game begins at 11:00 AM. The entry fee will be $10 plus a five dollar Red castle cash token. I am waiting to hear if they will allow a $20 purchase buy in as well. All entry fees will go into prize support. I expect the tournament spots to cap at 32, though there is a possibility of 24. As part of the Masters 2015 format, two lists are required. If we play only three rounds, I will remove Divide and Conquer. Once we get enough players for 4 rounds however, D&C 1 will go into effect. Standard Tiebreakers will be used (Strength of Schedule, then Control points), but in the event that even 1 person drops then I will switch to a Top Table variant with Control Point scoring being used to determine 3rd place. In the event that an additional tiebreaker is needed for 3rd place, Assassination scoring will be used. Prizes: based on attendance, 1st place will get the last spot to the Cherry City Invitational Additional Rules: This tournament is a casual format. The goal of each player is to make the absolute worst list for their given faction, and have their opponent try to win with it against a list that they had built. Hordes armies must include enough beasts to generate enough fury for their Warlocks fury stat. Warmachine armies must use all their warcasters warjack points. Each player will be extremely respectful of their opponents pieces, Malicious behavior will not be tolerated.
