Cephalyx hopefully won't turn out like a rhulic but there is always that possibility as it isn't truly a faction on its own like convergence.

Cephalyx are new sub-faction within Mercs, said to think of them like Pirates. They use "Monstrosities," which are neither warjacks nor warbeasts. They are living models with no cortex, but have a brain system. Can be healed. 3 different types to start with. Aggressively costed, so all around 7 points or so. Warcaster is FOCUS 8, has TK and can channel through Monstrosities. Dominator solo attaches to merc units to make them work for Cephalyx, but the unit runs away if Dominator is killed. Hordes: Exigence: New book for Fall of 2014. Represents a climactic point in the storyline's current arc. New Minion female warlocks: Jaga-Jaga the Gatorman with some kind of undead snake on her or something, represents death magic, and Helga the Conqueror Farrow warlock. Gatorman battle engine, Sacral Altar, collects Souls from both friendly and enemy models. Farrow battle engine, meat thresher, looks like a Steamroller with Razor boars and stuff. Warbeast packs: cross between warbeasts and units. Not sure if they have Animi, but they have no health spiral. The leader is who gets forced, and their FURY is always equal to how many remain in the unit. Legion will get one in this book, but not Trolls. Not sure about the others. Xerxes2, Cavalry Warlock for Skorne, riding a Rhino. Appears to be Absylonia2. Una the Falconer: Character lesser warlock for Circle that likes the Griffons. Horghul Iron Strike: Character lesser warlock for Trolls that discounts Slag and Pyre trolls
