anyone have any WIP pics of armies or lists? been trying to get the crons finished myself and they are atleast all base coated at present.

i know that i havent been down to the shop in a couple of weeks but i check the forums almost daily and havent seen much activity there.. whats everyone been up to? Modeling/painting/playing?

something sean said to me the other day has been gnawing at me... and it was not expanding on the army that you have? My ultramarines are all infantry, 60+ marines a land raider, some DV termies and some characters. Seeing the new stormtalon ship and the new book i was wondering if we could talk space marines for a bit.. im not as in touch as i should be with them. Any thoughts with where to take an army of all infantry? I love calgar, and would like to put him in a list if all possible.. any thoughts?

is it alright if we kitbash on of these fellas if we want to use him in a list? What are peoples thoughts..?

pulling of the riptides and stormsurge are nice i have to admit. This seems like a list i would bring i may move a skyray and a tetra out for more troops but thats me i like boots on the ground. multiple small units could be fun 5 man teams everywhere walking on late ect for objectives. other than that its surely not an optimised list at all but it still does have some sneaky fire power. Just remember to use the jammer ;) changing his surname to nojam arcfist might help???

to my understanding you would need a "fleet" of rhinos razor backs and landraiders and drop pods if you wanted to use them in multiple games back to back. Other than that they units get replaced week to week and you will be able to use them again. If from what i gathered from the other day.

so that would mean wraiths and lichguard in one list and none in the other? Gonna hamstring me quite alot if i cant use some of my units twice.

i missed the planning and list building day.. should i post something or send something to someone about what my army(s) entail? As far as i know i'm coming down this Saturday i've printed off a couple of the Campaign packs for the shop done them all up in spiral bindings and what not. Just wasnt sure if i have to declare anything going into week one. or not. thanks John

are there any clubs that play at the school.. i remember trying to do some research on gaming groups before james opened up and it seemed that there was an OU gaming group.. i have tried to contact some of them via the email on the ou website but thats been a bust. You don't have to change if you don't want to. The newer models space marines, necron warriors are on the 32 mm bases just a way to throw a kink in the competition. There are several ways to adjust your base sizes, you can leave them the way they are or you can buy the extenders for the current bases, or buy all new 32mm bases break off the current ones and then replace them with the new ones.
