probably around an hour im about 25 mins south of yakima to be exact

I just moved to the Yakima area and found out there is no place to play 40k. I have space at my house but don't have anything to play on or with (terrain) but i can travel anywhere. I'm free Friday thru Sunday and sometimes weeknights. if there is anyone who plays around my area or knows any groups that would be great thanks for your time.
