I would drop from 16 gigs of ram to 8 if you want to save some money. As someone who has 16 gigs and monitors the ram usage, you will rarely be using more than 4 gigs. I've only seen one game use more than 8 and that was battlefront. I would take money from that and put it into a better cpu or video card.
also I would recommend getting a third party cooler for your cpu. Doesn't need to be a $100 liquid cooling setup, just a better fan. Those stock fans are terrible, accumulate dust faster, and are loud as hell. Any third party fan will be fine as long as it isn't Chinese crap from ebay.
and if you decide to go for a new monitor in the future I would recommend getting an IPS moniter, vast improvement IMO. They are ussually not much more expensive than a normal TN panel.
