Any Bolt Action tournaments in 2024? I have a few people that I’ve been coaxing into the hobby who are interested in going to a tournament with me. Is there anything happening for Bolt Action in the PNW in 2024?

I have about three new players (who’ve never played table top wargaming) who are interested in joining us. Would you prefer they sign up and post their faction or could I do that for them?

Bulgarians

A Finnish force is very fun to play in Bolt Action. Their army special rules give them bonus to firing when in Ambush, and their morale and troop quality get a boost when they lose infantry in battle. Any manufacturer making Finns are making them in metal (pricy), however my Finns are mostly plastic mods of German winter infantry, German Blitzkrieg, and some Russian weapons. They look unique, and I really like em’.

Brother Glacius I think we can connect on any other day that works for you. I may not be able to make every Tuesday either. Lets plan to play off-site when we need to.

This sounds great! Brother Glacius told me about this and I had check it out. I’m in. I have several armies and could field ally or axis if we care about that being balanced. Lately my passion has been minor Axis with Bulgaria. But, I’ve got Finns, Japanese, Russians, US, French, and Norwegians.

I have an assortment of armies but love to play minor powers mostly. I’m currently building a Bulgarian force. Next I plan to bulster my Finns. Love this game. Anyone play regularly in East Portland area?
