And as always, your first Game Night is FREE! Games we play: All, with a focus on 40K, board games, Blood Bowl, Necromunda and more. There is sometimes talk of playing Alien Frontiers. New players are always welcome. Although it is possible to find a pickup game at Game Night, it is much better to prearrange a game before coming down. Learn to play Kill Team, prepare for the upcoming league (see below), and more! If you can prepare a list ahead of time, BattleScribe is great. Else, just bring some minis we can help build a team for you if needed. Simply pick your 40k faction and bring some troops (somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-10 would do). Ish Posted September 11, 2018 Report Share Posted September 11, 2018 It’s pretty much “8th Edition, But Better.” But, to be fair, I’m extremely biased towards war games that feature less than 30-40 models per player. Add rules for lighter vehicles (e.g., Sentinels, Rhinos), add a couple more unit types (e.g., Terminators, Assault Marines) , and increase the point cap to 300-400 and you’d have my perfect iteration of WH40k. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
