If you really want to use the old models, I'm pretty sure you could find equivelents. Especially that squig catapult, I'm pretty sure one of the existing big guns has a fluff explaination of launching squigs, even if it is no longer a catapult. And then you could always use them in a conversion. Especially with older models being smaller than newer models, makes it easier to include old models in conversions for new models.
