Guest Mr. Bigglesworth
Is there a good hobby saw that cuts completely flush? My saw is a slide insert and so it causes a minor angle and sometimes a hacksaw is too short in range, is there a different option? Thanks

Brick Bungalow
There are razor saws that are pretty thin but for a really flush cut you need a jewelers saw. Nicer ones come with a selection of blades.

scottshoemaker
Greatest hobby saw ever!!! Super thin replaceable blade and zero kerf. http://umm-usa.com/onlinestore/product_info.php?cPath=21_28&products_id=35 These things are hardcore. The blade is wider for a truely flush cut. Not good for making any turns during the cut. The jewelers saw is great for making curves during the cut. Think of the difference of a super narrow table saw vs a scroll saw.
