Checked Tammies, Hillsboro Hobbies, Guardian Games, and Rune & Board. Even Amazon only have 1 with prime shipping (aside from cost, prime seems to be the only reliable shipping option from amazon). Should arrive tomorrow, though I'm not sure 1 will be enough. Regarding the Knight, plan at present is a Questor Mechanicus Freeblade with Indomitable, Weary Machine Spirit, and Obsessed With Vengeance (Which I'm calling Near-Sighted).
