Come buy, sell and trade your Board Games, RPG's, CCG's, Minatures, Comics, Toys, Legos, and much more. Free admission Raffle Free Painting Painting contest 4-6 tables of Demos Kid friendly Quarterly event 12,000 sqf. We have 8 foot tables for $48 or half tables for $24 (4 feet) each table comes with 1 free raffle ticket. You must share the event. Then pick an empty table(s) from the chart. to view a larger version go to the very bottom of the page or the facebook event page. The hallway tables in green, will open when the table in the grand ballroom are down to two or three left. Also the facebook event page will have the most current edit/update of available tables. If your a business and would like your logo and link on the front page of the facebook event. We charge $10 for Co-Hosting. Walk-in Traders Admission is free. However you will have to walk around with your items if you do not rent a table. Be creative on how you can let others know your trading. We have seen people tape a sign on their back, wear a trading pin or be willing to ask vendors, i will ask them to do the same. If you keep items in your car, please lock them up tight and keep them out of sight. The trunk would be best. Sorry about the lack of trader space for free, but with free admission, Free painting, $200 in contest prizes and Raffle Prizes, i have to make my money somewhere. In fact, i need to pay 60 cents of every person that comes to the building. We use a facebook event page for polls on what people want to find as well as one for what people are bringing. Those who keep posted on events updates always have the upper hand. Raffle Each show we have a raffle of around $200 in prizes. Plus anything donated by the vendors. When you buy a raffle ticket, we ask you to put your name and number on the back of every ticket. Give us that portion of the ticket and keep the other half of your ticket. We will draw winning numbers around 1:00 to 1:30pm. First winner picks his item of choice and we will continue until all prizes are handed out. If you are not present at the time of calling we will pick a prize at random for you and call you after the event as well as post the unclaimed tickets on facebook. Raffle tickets are $2 each, or 6 for $10. Tables will each get one free ticket. Additional free tickets may be earned by placing craigslist ads mentioning your items will be our event. Free Miniature Painting Our quarterly shows have a simple painting table(s). Come grab a miniature and use our paints and brushes. Take up to 30 mins to paint your figure, clean your station and make way for another painter. Take your miniature home, that's on us. Demos As of now we have 2 for Battletech, but we are working on 40k, Ice & Fire or any other game somebody may want to run. Basically this is for new people who have never been to a game event. But anybody wanting to learn a game is more then welcome to walk up to a table and start playing. Vendors wanted: Do you sell Board games, Card Games, Comics, Toys, Video games, Lego's, MTG or anything else geeky or nerdy in nature? Or maybe something we have not even thought of yet. We have some tables left for saturday July 13th at the Board Game and Miniature Swap meeting inside the Arena in Everett.
