One Page Rules - Fantasy and 40K

So wife is going out of town like the 3rd week in January and the kid will be in school, so I'm hoping to try and jam a few games of GDF then. I put together an Alien Hives list, hopefully this will get me motivated to speed paint it:

I only have weekend availability due to my work schedule unfortunately. I'd be down for some Sunday games at the clubhouse though once the current Mordheim campaign wraps up 🙂

After many long years, I’m finally back to a “nine to five” job (well, 8:30 to 5:00, but why quibble?) and I can probably make either Thursdays or Sundays.

Custodian Brothers aren’t any cheaper than Custodes. If anything, they might be even more expensive! Here’s a list I threw together quickly, basically just taking units I know were reliable as heck in WH40k and hoping they would work in OPR.

Ok, confirmed wife will be out of town January 23rd 24th through 26th. I'll be staying home from work those days because I'll have the kid, but he'll be in school. If anyone wants to get together on any of those days just LMK and I'll try to make something happen. I do need to be home to get him from the bus, so would have to be earlier in the day, preferably in Vancouver in case I have to run pick him up from school.

Have seen a lot of traction for Grimdark Future locally, curious if anyone has tried out or would be interested in Age of Fantasy? I like the AoS esthetic but not really the game itself, seems like a good alternative 🙂

I suggest warmaster...there's a small but passionate community and its an excellent game with small buy in cost.

I think there will be some Warmaster being played at the 3D Gamer Con in a couple weeks in Portland / Sellwood.
