SAT, February 15, 2020 barca's Immersion Games - PULP FICTION ADVENTURES: Fortune and Glory: The Cliffhanger Game
12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Guardian games in Portland, OR.

This month we step into the shoes of globe-trotting heroes and villains dueling in a quest for ultimate reward: "Fortune and Glory: The Cliffhanger Game". This is a fast-paced game of high adventure, vile Villains, edge-of-your-seat danger, and Cliffhanger pulp Movie Action. The cast of characters travel the globe in search of ancient artifacts, fending off danger and Villains at every turn. So strap on your adventure boots and goggles, fire up the engines on the seaplane, and grab some extra ammo for your revolver...the Nazis already have a head start and in this race for Fortune and Glory...and there’s no prize for second place!
Join us for 5 hours in an immersive adventure of plot twists, fickle luck and loads of surprises. 3-8 Players.   
A fee of $5.00 per person is required to rent the room.

What are "barca's Immersion Games"?
Each month, we will find a quiet place to explore new games and "immerse" ourselves in a virtual world via an engaging game. You might join the crew of a pirate ship and act out a role like in "Pirates of the Caribbean". You could dive into a pulp fiction adventure like an "Indiana Jones" movie. You could be trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world. You might be carving out an empire by conquest or building a nation.
Whether the game is new to you, or old and familiar, you will be challenged by the cooperation or the competition. You could meet new people, or you can bring your friends along to share the adventure.

We are planning on meeting on the third Saturday of each month at Guardian Games in Portland, OR. Most sessions will start at noon and end 3-4 hours later. Some longer games will require that we start earlier and end later.  We will try to rent the Dungeon room to have that quiet space. The rental fee is $5.00 per hour, so we will be expecting each player to pay a $5.00 so that we can collectively cover the room rental.
