possible ofcc vampire list, looking for opinions

This will be my first time going to OFCC as a player and I would like some feedback on my Vampire Counts lists. I have made two of them, I kind of like the second one more. Please let me know what you think of the lists and any suggestions for changes that would make them better will be appreciated.
