recommendation on a good static grass applicator?

as the title states, basically.

don't mind a box set up to control the mess, don't want to just modify something and DIY one

any thoughts/assistance is appreciated.

A shallow food container like a something you can find hummus in at the store works well for small batches. Combined with the balloon trick, it is what I use most of the time.
