Hello all. Just got done unpacking my new place in Portland. Have quite a bit of free time until grad school starts up for me. Which means I'm wanting to dust off the dawi :) curious as to decent places to play at. Stopped by a place near me and it doesn't seem like there's an active whfb group there. Thanks for any info!

Hi, welcome! Whats your nearby gamestore? Sundays at 4 we meet at WOW off SE 12 and Main. I live up by Red Castle and love playing there, they have a great setup with lots of tables. Id be in to a game on a weeknight as well.

I live on the sw hill next to ohsu. That store isn't that far at all. I'll come by on Sunday. Went to other world games yesterday. Owner made it seem like very few people play fantasy there. Honestly not sure if that setup looked great for fantasy anyways. What kind of points do u guys play? I can make a range of lists pending on people s playstyle :)

a lot of people are practicing for the OFCC Tourney and thus are taking 2800 pt lists to play but there are also plenty of peeps who are willing to play at whatever value.

cool.  yea i just made a 2800 list.  never played that point level before so that will be fun! ok so ill be there at 4 on sunday to meet a few of you and ill bring a list of dwarfs, thanks!
