WestRider
1) warlord gains fear 2) warlord gains soul blaze 3) warlord can choose to make first turn night fighting 4) warlord gains infiltrate 5) warlord gains adamantium will That's my guess. :) 6) +2 to Seize the Initiative.
AbusePuppy
Most tournaments don't even allow it, and the drawbacks are significant enough that usually the only people doing it are doing it for fluff reasons only. I think saying "most" is a bit of a stretch- as far as I know, BAO/LVO are the only ones that ban it, and even there the rationale is really, really weak.

AbusePuppy
Could they perhaps use the Warlord traits as drugs? I think we all know the Dark Eldar will use anything as drugs.
BrainFireBob
What fortifications would be good for Nids? Firestorm redoubt? Vengeance weapon batteries? I can actually see someone kitbashing giant Pyrovore-esque models for the latter, a la Starship Trooper indigestion bugs.
fluger
BFB, I like the idea of a Firestorm with a single venomthrope and nid prime with the norn crown inside. The venomthrope gives the building shrouding as well as everything around it, the nid is projecting synapse 18" out. The firestorm is giving you nice anti-air fire power. If you put the FSR up aggressively, it should be possible to cover vast swathes of the center of the board.

winterman
Lords of Ironthorne pic -- is that a new Archon model? Doesn't look like the finecast one. Imagine 'The Nobility of Commorragh' points to at least that, and hopefully a new Vect kit as well.

It's still a pretty good combo, despite that and the Nerf to Skyfire+Interceptor.

fluger
Back to Dark Eldar, I'm glad they are continuing having the tradition of having the best model line in the game. Holy crap do those look good. I *REALLY* hope they make them at least semi-competitive so we see them more on the table!
