I think, if you are doing a Counts As army utilizing an Imperial Codex to do a Traitor Legion or Traitor Guard force, Gerantius is the Knight of choice to represent a Lord of Skulls/Imperial Knight kitbash. The third list wouldn't be legal at a lot of the events in the area it sounds like, as they don't allow duplicate Detachment choices. Although it is probably the most visually appealing to me, 3 Khornate Knights with 2 Covens of DarkMech keeping them alive. I'd like to find a list somewhere between the first two, though. I like the single coven being on Juggernaughts, giving you S 10 Thunderhammer/Servo Arm attacks. They are also very mobile, but fragile with just the 8 marines on TWC. I feel the ablative wounds coming from the Cyberwolves is needed, but you're only getting 2 Knights as is. I also think Canis is a lot of fun if you are running the Cyberwolves, giving them an additional bite. It would be something like: Paladin(Warlord), Gerantus, Errant for Knights / Canis, 3 Iron Priests on Thunderwolves with 2 Cyberwolves each, and 4 Thunderwolf Calvary. 3 Knights, 8 Marines on "Juggies" with 6 Cyberwolf and 8 TWC ablative wounds.
