Brother Glacius
So if the Anvil miscasts, does it go away?
rudra34
It functions as a bound spell which cannot be destroyed. There is some rubbish in the faq about the difference between bound items and bound spells which are innate abilities.
Brother Glacius
I know he becomes a warmachine, but I don't recall it mentioning anything about miscasts. If the anvil is an item, a miscast causes the item to be destroyed. If it is innate, then he just can't cast any more that phase. So its a pretty big deal which way it goes. savion47
I was under the impression that GW sent you a whole new model when this happens.
Iraf
They are all innate bound spells, so you just can't cast further with that model in the phase. The warmachine in question is not a "magic item", so will not crumble to dust.
