Come join the fun starting at 9am with Chalk It Up on the Historic Columbia River Highway in Historic Downtown Troutdale. The parade starts at 11am followed with entertainment and vendors at Glenn Otto Park.For those that get there early, Fairview Masonic Lodge (202 SE Dora) will be hosting a FREE (donations are nice) all you can eat breakfast of ham, eggs and pancakes from 8am to 10am.
