It does as direct of a conversion from WHFB as is possible for KoW. Including what stats equate to (mov=Sp, Ws=Me), basing sizes for units, and what army lists currently and in playtest correspond to what WHFB race,and a rules runthrough all translate and using as much "WHFB speak" and comparisons as possible.
