Also we are getting a giant dining room the table will need to seat about 10 for big dinners to meet all needs. So many details to play with! Btw my father is coming over to help us move and I'm realizing we don't have staging areas to box stuff so we are mostly going to be moving by pack it then unpack it so while I appreciate all the offers for assistance I'm not gonna organize a big hamster move.
