Brother Glacius
Just wondered if anyone had taken a look at these guys. They make some really cool 15mm mats. http://cigarboxbattlestore.bigcartel.com/products
barca
Thx. Durable fleece. Hmm. Put some shelf liner under it and it could work. They have patterns I have not seen elsewhere. More temptation...
Brother Glacius
What drew me was the fact that they have actual battlefield locations and to scale with 15mm. Plus they are US based...
ZeroMoon17
I've played on one of their maps at a tournament in Florida. They are great quality mats. I personally don't care for them, because I like my mats to be boring so you can adjust the terrain features from game to game, but if that doesn't bother you I'd say go for it! Brother Glacius
And they do have generic battlefield mats as well. A little cheaper than FAT mats....just not sure about the fleece.

Raindog
They have really added to their options since I last visited the site.
Josh
I'm interesed in seeing if you could put a thin book underneath one of these to make a decent low rise, without messing up the dimensions of the mat too much. I like the winter scrubland one. Too many WW2 games happen in the height of summer or the dead of winter, not much in between. :)
