Ok Fellas, slight complication....

I forgot that we had to move some furniture at Sacha's old place... not much, a mattress and big TV.  SO, I either need to spend the night in Seattle and do it on Saturday, or leave early enough to do it before the show on Friday.  If I had the help of 3 strapping young lads, it wouldn't take long... but it would mean leaving before 4 to get through traffic and to the show on time, or staying over in Seattle. Either way, I'm afraid the ride situation might be more complicated than I thought.  Anyone else able to drive?

Man, that show was incredibly heavy.

Tribulation was as good as I hoped they would be, and I loved SkeletonWitch. The new singer is the dude from Wolvhammer, and I thought he killed it. I picked up "Serpents Unleashed" and that has the old vocalist and it's currently blowing my mind as I work.

I know folks love High on Fire, but I wasn't feeling it. I think they were by far the most subdued of the bands - mostly stayed in place and played - which after 2 bands I needed more to keep me excited. I was starting to feel old and kranky by the time Abbath came on, and I didn't know if I would like them at all, but HOLY [big bad swear word], did they slay!  I found myself drawn into a headbanging, screaming frenzy.  I've been listening to Immortal now, and it's really good.  Wish I had gotten a sweet Abbath shirt!
