A lot of people play it on Kharn's turn he hits on 2+ and on the other player's turn he he hits on 6s . It's not official but a decent compromise.

Probably will take Necrons as an ally for some anti air.

It's definitely lacking anti air but I think it could handle Knights with all the melta weapons and power fists.

So I can save some points by dropping DC down to ten and SG down to five plus drop Lemartes. That's a good chunk of points - maybe a pair of Stormravens for anti air or possibly an ally ?

There is the new horus heresy fluff where Tonghun goes to the dark side.

Also you could use a pair of Stormfangs - they are awesome and you'll suffer versus flyer and FMC spam .

Also Harald really buffs these kinds of lists.

All of the WLs should have runic armor.

Yeah FW is banned except for units from the Escalation book. It's sounding like podding in with Grav gun assault is the way to go.
