  1. I set up one table, and have two on standby in case of need. I know my guys have more if necessary, too!

We demoed FOW MW today and had a blast! We even won first place for our table! Great job, team! I couldn’t have done it without you all!

  2. I have additional tables of terrain. I’m currently planning 3, but can go up to 6. Also, our crew up here can do additional tables. Ed (Centurious), Bill Noland, Derek Reeve, Bill Webb, Chris Little all are capable of bringing terrain, if notified in advance.

I’m planning a Kursk table (open with small villages,) a Sicily table (rocky, with winding roads and lots of impassible terrain,) and a Sbeitla (rocky, desert, with scattered villages.)

I can do a Western Desert table (serene desert,) a Kiev table (urban street fighting,) and a Mannerheim Line table (icy, inhospitable winterland just for Bill Noland and his Finns!)

  3. Question:

Will Midwar Monsters be usable in this event? Nothing in the North Africa book is too overpowered, but the Eastern Front doesn’t have their stuff, yet.

The EF is where the very powerful stuff is, like the KV-5, KV-3, etc.

  4. Nah, you have the potential to be one of our best players, in my opinion, if we can break your tendency to get target fixated. You know your matchups well, know the strengths of your units, it’s just the improvisational stuff that, once you master it, will make you the best.

Remember, even after more than 10 years of playing, I still can’t run infantry right. Ed clobbers me every time I try!

  5. Hey, gents!

I’m in. American TD Company. 85 Points

I have copious amounts of terrain, and live very close to the venue. I can supply 5 tables, plus more with a few mats.

I also would like to talk to the organizer about prize support. I have a few ideas about things I can donate, but they are too secret, and awesome.

  6. It will be a draft. Randomized pick order for the first round, then alternating first to last, last to first. Everyone gets a pick of a $15 or less blister, or a delay counter worth $15. Turn in your tokens for bigger stuff.

There will be an additional $50USD shipping fee assessed until we actually get it packaged up and shipped, then we’ll refund you the difference with a pick of the receipt. Many of our buyers are in Canada, so we put in this blanket fee for ease of paperwork.
