Yes, Mr. Box, the terrain will come on sprue... at least 5 sprue from what I have heard speculation on.

As for price, I was thinking 25% of the price of the box for the CSM.  If it is the same price as Chalnath ($170 retail), then it would be $37 (25% of the standard discounted price of $145).  

Would anyone want the Chaos Marines (inc. transfer) and/or the terrain (inc. board) from the upcoming Nachumd Kill Team box?  We can meet up in or around Portland, or I can ship.  PM me and reply here.

In the event Tao needs to back out for some unforeseen reason, do reach out.  I'm a Portland local.  I was hoping to part out the CSM models and terrain.  Not sure how you want to get the CSM list.  Just a scan from the book?
