Hey all, I'm one of the creators of a full color wargaming terrain product called TinkerTurf, and we're trying to show players what kind of tables you can build for different games so here's some video we've just put up.  We're running a kickstarter right now for this terrain.  We're going to play some Necromunda this week and post an update with some in game pics as well.  I may even break out my twenty-sumthin year old Eldar scouts converted to Delaque gang (but I'll probably cave and field Van Saar to shoot the bejesus out of things).

Deal 😄 My hope is to be kicking it in October.  We've got a pretty good head of steam right now so things are moving in the right direction.  I'll come back here and post previews also as we get digital and physical prototypes built.

The tower would make for a cool elevated landing platform, a la Return of the Jedi, and that could make for fun scenarios like valiant last stands while waiting to GET TO  DA CHOPPA! Likewise, if the dish can be positioned at ground level or set on the rooftop of another building, it just opens up more play modes.

*Without having to cut, glue, or otherwise “convert” the kit. Obviously, with enough glue and a stout sharp knife, all of this stuff can be modified.

Yes it can.  We plan on making other tops for it as well in the future like anti-aircraft batteries, missile batteries, and railguns.

I've attached a shot of the piece disassembled so you can get a sense of how you could use it differently.  And you raise a good point, we should show these exploded views in the interactive scenes linked in the kicks.

What we heard over and over is that folks loved the high towers and movable crane from the Maglev Depot. So the notion with 2.1 is to go bigger and bolder with more motion and verticality. The all-new SatComm Installation and Perimeter Wall both feature movable pieces and lofty perches. The expansion to the Maglev line includes a rotating Rail Switch that allows for complex and dynamic rail layouts. New Fuel Tanker and Cargo Containers for the rail cars add more options for strategic objectives and obstacles that fit perfectly onto the Maglev rail cars.

Hey all, hope this is the place to ask, I got pointed here from the Necromunda Underhive discord server.  I make a wargaming terrain product called TinkerTurf and we have a new set getting kickstarted soon I'm trying to promote to mini gaming communities.  I didn't want to be the guy that just came in and blasted a promo before spending time in the community.  So:

1. Does this forum allow kick linking?
2. If so, where and under what guidelines?
