I see fractures and intolerance beyond threads.

I am disappointed in the community in general for their lack of support of other community members in this time where we can't gather as we might like.
It proves to me the importance of open and constant dialogue across political and social divides because obviously without the continued face to face interaction you have lost respect, tolerance and common decency towards your neighbors.
Eight months ago you would have defended a person's right to have another opinion that you disagreed with. Eight months ago you would have supported your neighbors and friends in times of difficulty and you have proven that you cannot handle diversity or freedom when you are stressed.
America is about a balance of fight and respect. I am not talking about physical confrontation but the ability to argue, share and express opinions and be able to weigh facts vs opinions in our diverse culture.
We build and play games with one another to exercise the conflicts in a noncontroversial setting with stakes that don't matter and relate to a wider collection of our fellow country-persons and know them as people, not their job, position in society or political beliefs.
I encourage you to be who you were, a community that transcends the things that continue to stress our relationships in the real world. What made this community great is what can make it great again.
Reach out to those you have wronged. Extend your kindness to the breaking point. You do not know others' circumstances or capabilities to cope with what we are going through as a community.
We all need help, be the solution, not part of the stupid conflict that diminishes us.
The benefits outweigh any effort you put in to be a part of your community.
And who knows…you might learn something new.

Will take a look again, those have gone fast over the years. What we have so far we have listed but we will let you know if we find more.
A few Blood Bowl and Necromunda items listed.

Let me know if you are looking for something Derk or I might have. This is going to take a while so we could dig a bit if you are looking for something in particular.

Seller: brki_5369
Lots of Ork Rogue Trader and 90s stuff and a few odds and ends on eBay.
We will be doing more later, this is just a trial run to get the selling kinks out.
Thanks for looking.

It is my good friend's homebrew. He is an amazing brewer and wins awards for his beer.
Awwww
One of these days I will get back to gaming...

Soon very soon.
Had time on a plane to build Brehk's Bitter just looking for a time frame that works for the brew day.
Ideas?

What is the play here? I don't understand why they think this will sell them more models. I don't know anyone who inhabits toy or hobby stores that looks for styled models that don't search for them and can get them online?
GW has lost their collective business minds.

I am sad I am not even looking for new stuff anymore. Really not inspired.

I think it is just a period of mourning for the most part...
40k players have their cute bouncy Fantasy girlfriend now, Fantasy players are just a bit in shock over the brutality of the breakup after the radical plastic surgery they paid for.

I was thinking more of a sticking pointy bits out so you could ensure you could control direction of exposure and then surrounding the model with a delivery unit.
In the discussions I have been paying attention to, here and elsewhere, there seems to be an appetite to do this type of thing so I think there is money to be made.

Warhammer Fantasy cancelled, replaced with Warmachine
TSHFT is saddened to say, but the current state of 8th edition has created a situation whereby we have NO people signed up to play fantasy. Without any seemingly possible to hit even 20 guys, it just doesn’t warrant the costs associated with a tournament that is giving away 3 cruise tickets.
We are currently in the works of transitioning the WHFB space over to Warmachine and we’ve got a Press Ganger on board to run the event. Rules and sales are live!
Very sad, CG.

btw, I should probably say how much I hate the type of rule that encourages such silliness...but if it makes me money...
-
I think I need to start modeling to abuse that rule...I am pretty sure I could make that guy's swirly extend 2x the base size.
How much could I sell individual models for that increased their model 'spread' by 2x?

I think the number 9 is better than the number 6.

Maybe a +1 per 10 models over the opponent's model count?
I don't like the automatic steadfast but in a low ld army it is essential to make it to turn 5.

Parking garage was 2.50 for all day Saturday and Sunday and just across the street from the venue....and mostly empty

Totally agree, Nathan. These questions very much resonate with me.
How far in the future will we be before AoS is robust enough to form a community around (even as supposedly as small as WFB community was/is)?
-
It is sad and lacking.

I have figured out those missing models are a part of my growing senility...not one of those missing models has ever made it back to the fold.
I just cant count.
-
Lol I calculated my cost of new armies for WFB at $2.50 per figure for my newest army.
I don't understand the skirmish price point they are setting
I think you are all insane to buy into a game this expensive. There are better skirmish games for cheaper than 10/figure that are metal.

I am with you on the minis...not impressed, and the prices (if they are meant to be an entry cost) are f-ing ridiculous.
Be Ordo Fanaticus again.
