I still miss and think about all of you often. Everytime I look at my neglected shelf of tabletop games.

Yeah sounds badass until you realize it's mostly me sitting in a chair crying and swearing.

I really would love to set up either a Friday or Saturday night to come up and hangout with everyone!

Tuesdays are hard to make these days, but I could easily be convinced to come up for maybe say a Friday board game reunion night.

Its been a while since I left the support of the mighty warhamsters, so I thought I should give everyone an update as to how the last year and a half-ish has gone. 

Before I left it became known (thanks golden mile drunken stupor) to quite a few within the group that I am transgender, but I left Bellingham a few months after, to go start a career as an engineer.

So the beginning of 2016 I decided to just go for it and put all my effort in to transitioning. It was a long year of shooting lasers at my face (laser hair removal), doctors appointments, hormones, mood swings, government paper work, and lots of crying, lots... of... crying...

But here I am in 2017, proud of who I am now!

I just wanted to say thank you to the group, you brought me a lot of smiles and laughs during a time that was very painful and difficult for me.

Huh, you know what? We (at least I) miss you, too. So please hurry up and get a well paying job in Bellingham and MOVE BACK! I've been jonsing to play Wrath of Kings, and even... *gasp* found my self nostalgic about Malifaux the other day.

tuesdays are hard when I work mon-fri. Maybe tell bellingham to get some desirable high paying engineering jobs, or how about you make your company big enough to hire me for lots of money, and we'll build all the things.

being around Tacoma, I realize now how fragmented the gaming community is down here and how much MORE I miss you all.

I could be persuaded to come back up to Bellingham for this I have my own gear and [big bad swear word]

I will be working on Vashon Island for a company called sawbones (http://www.sawbones.com/) helping to make medical training equipment, so you know like meth except helpful and not at all bad for you.

As a lot of you found out yesterday, I'm leaving you guys. I won't be a regular on Tuesday nights anymore. The good news though is I got a job! A fairly good job I am excited to start. This does mean I will be moving to the southern Puget Sound, most likely Tacoma. You guys can be jealous because yes I will be closer to Ray's Beard.

But I wanted to say thanks for all the games and camaraderie over the last few years.  

To those going I wish you many victories, but more importantly fun games!

Yeah double ones make you stick around, this is more or less in place because you don't roll saves ever on your own units.

from what I remember reading on the forum they are going to release a supplement book with the remaining armies, no idea what kind of time frame though.

I believe in august.

I read the rules and some of the army lists, I really like them overall. I'm glad the group is finally willing to give this game a try, as I wanted to try it a while ago but everyone kind of dismissed it because WHFB was "better"

not sure what race interests me the most but there are a couple that are on the short list.

I wan't to try and play a game but I will be out of town next monday and tuesday for a job interview.

just got the email saying v2 rules are posted giving them a read now. Wondering how others feel about them too.

They have said they are working 9 more factions.

1. Ratkin – A race originally created by the Abyssal Dwarfs (Evil)
2. The League of Rhordia – an alliance of human city states and the halfling shires (Neutral)
3. The Herd – satyrs, centaurs, minotaurs, owlbears and other beastmen. (Neutral)
4. The Shattered Clans (Humans) (Evil)
5. Empire of Dust (Mostly Skeletons) (Evil)
6. Reptilians (two different lizard-based races) (Good)
7. Name TBC – fluff still to be done (Humans: expect knights, peasants and elements of nature.) (Good)
8. SUPER SECRET
9. SUPER SECRET

As well as the twilight kin are going to be split into two different races at a future date.
