That's true. It never came up before but I was using units with small template weapons. I may just be bitter cuz I got my @$$ handed to me.

Template weapons just got a whole lot less appealing. Unless carried by a very cheap model.

So this came up tonight. Rules say change facing is like a dodge? So if I sneak up on you while you're turned around and hit you with a direct template weapon. ..you can dodge it at a minus -3 phys?

Twas brutal. On top of your rolls that shooting through the smoke devastated my light infantry. I also should have taken a sniper alhawwa instead of the hacker. I had to take out your sniper to advance. I wasted alot of orders blowing it. My Azra'il took a beating early.

Ariadna is definitely one of the armies where you can have large order pools. Take in mind that scenario is a huge balancing factor. Welcome to the scene. I also play at Glimpses of wonder. It's a great store. I look forward to playing some games with you and your son.

Those models are kinda meh. Age of Sigmar sculpts are light years ahead.

I too will wait for the official sculpts. With the stats CB came up with for these guys I'm sure the models will live up to the hype.
