I just received a promotion at work and will now be working mornings, freeing up my evenings to join you pricks.
If you still need an 8th, I'll play the Black Pool Dragons.

Hi guys,
I purchased this team and they are great sculpts, but I don't see myself playing Skaven anytime soon. After thinking about it, I've decided to sell the team with the kickstarter bonuses. If any of you are interested, then send me a message, otherwise I will be putting them up for sale on ebay. I'm looking to sell them for what I paid (including shipping).
Here is a link to the kickstarter:

Anyone interested in a friendly at Guardian Games later tonight?

Though tbh as long as I don't have to play against Chaos Pact again this season I don't really care what you do.
We should have a friendly rematch later in the season. That game would have been a lot different with skills.
-
Maybe post them a week earlier. Easier for scheduling.

After 2 games we are the only team not to cause a casualty on the opponent. Whee!
Still a great game. That second half was ridiculous.

Thanks for game 1 vraeden. It took until Turn 6 for the Orcs to catch up to your guys, I'm glad they didn't have any mutations yet.
Playing your orcs reminded me why I don't play low armor teams in league play (I had 2 players MNG in addition to the death). I like Underworld, but am already enjoying the pact more.

Yes thanks for the reminder. @Vraeden, is your Renegades team updated?
Yes. The team name is Dungeon Degenerates I believe.

I can play on Monday or Wednesday at noon. (Tuesday is the 4th of July).
I am dropping my Underworld team for a Chaos Pact team. Underworlds low armor and lack of skills was really unpleasant for league play.

I live downtown. I'll know my schedule for the next week tomorrow. Noon is usually safe at guardian or the clubhouse. I need to redraft my lizards from last season, or make a new chassis pact team first.
I'll send you a message tomorrow.

Yep. I can be there right around 8:30 pm.

I have a Facebook account and prefer it for setting up matches because of the ease of access. My work isn't at a computer, so I need to dig into the website on my cell phone in order to communicate. I'm going to look into an app that will give notifications for this forum.
QuotePremiership coaches: please post in this thread if you do, or do not have a Facebook account. The communication here on the forum isn't as advantageous as it is using Facebook. The Super League used and uses a group to schedule games and I'd frankly like the Premiership to do the same. I'm expecting a reply from all fourteen coaches here, please.

Also, I get off work at 8pm. That time doesn't include my commute to the play space.

Are matches usually scheduled through this forum or do we have a facebook group as well?

Super league apparently has a thing for orcs.
Wow! Sort of makes sense.
There are a lot of new players that only own the boxed set. Surprised there aren't more Human players.

So bashy. This season is going to hurt.

Please note that I can't meet Tuesday evenings. I work until 11:30pm

Changed teams. I'm playing Underworld. (painting an entirely new team would take too long).
Team name is Paddy's Pubcrawlers.

Playing Chaos Renegades. Temporary team name is Weavers (it has nothing to do with you bud, that is the name of our d&d group)

I was hoping that the miniatures for my new team would be here now. I'm in but need to figure out a different roster.

I really like the post season recruitment rules from DZ1. It allows new teams to be more effective while encouraging older teams to recruit their best players from season to season. Otherwise, the TV disparity can become a problem.
I don't own DZ2 yet. I like the team roster additions though.

I'm curious, as an ordo event planner, what kind of schedule would suit you better? How late into an evening do you want to spend at an event? We tend to run events the way we've always run them. Always grateful for feedback.
I get home from work at midnight most evenings. Early mornings are difficult. It takes about an hour to get to the clubhouse. If I shower and grab food I would need to be up by 6:30am.
I am used to events starting at 10am and ending as late as 10pm. In my experience, more people are willing to participate with a later start time.
For Blood Bowl, 2 hours per match is less than 4 minutes per turn. Add in prematch set up, and for me it stops being tactical. Instead I am focused on the clock which limits my enjoyment of the game.
This tournament works for people that work traditional 9-5 jobs. My group of friends are mostly service industry, swing shift workers. 8:30 am is too early for us to participate.
There will be other tournaments. The ones held at game stores will be easier for me to attend.

Have fun guys. I was tempted to take the day off, but 8:30 am start and 2 hour match times doesn't work for me.
I need to finish painting my teams as well.
