When I mix / max this list, like I do for real tourneys, it is a mixed battalion. With DJ Dreaming Shadow, and Solitaire is Midnight Sorrow. Not doing that for OFCC cause the list already has enough teeth without going full optimization.

Page 114 of the Drukhari book has matched play battleforged rules on the left side of the page. You can only take razorwing flocks in a detachment that includes a beastmaster, but the beast master automatically makes them not take up a force org slot, so it kind of blows up the whole detachment. 

Constructing lists that use beasts effectively is tricky. The beastmaster is a straight up tax, but also the only thing that takes up a force org slot with your whole beast pack. A single elite choice.

I'm taking a beastmaster and 2 units of 2 razorwings with my Ynnari Drukhari for the OFCC. They're basically just there to give the Yncarne good teleport options early game 😄

Well ain't that sum [big bad swear word]. I guess this ends my month and half quest to find something Ynarri even worth putting on the table.

Does the 4 limit apply to dedicated transports? There are many factions that have smaller dedicated transports where more than 4 is common. 

Is there a reason this cannot just be reworded to be like GW official match play stance, but with rule of 4 rather than 3? That would remove confusion about this restriction.
