In approaching a store to be able to use there space what should I keep in mind for pricing and the store needs? Pricing for the event is a concern I am not sure how to do it. Entry fee to high no one comes to low no money is made for the charity. I was thinking 35. Also food should it be included? The Tournament should have a different format or should it keep to the same style that's common in the area? I was thinking full painted is not needed but if you are you get 1 reroll per game. Also how about before each game for 5 dollars you get 2 reroll for that game? I was thinking about a Highlander tournament or maybe a Ard-boys ITC style tournament. I have some nice items as prices and or auction item's already. I will be thankful for any advice on doing this. I have a store that said they may be able to help but we need to talk about things.
