Stronghold Assault Vs Planatary Assault?

I understand that Planatary Assault is supposed to replace Stronghold Assault, and includes many of the new fortifications. However, if I just want to run some of the old fortifications, is the stuff in stronghold assault still accurate? What changed with that book?

Almost nothing changed in the book. One or two wordings were clarified slightly (mostly the Void Shield Generator.) A new option to pay points to take a ruin as your "fortification" was added. Very little else changed.
