Compared to the horror stories I heard about the "folded, stinky mat" that they previously released, this one is a gem. $100 nabs you a single mouse pad style mat with two printed sides. Looks of good quality, does not smell, and is actually slightly larger than 4x6. Also, it comes nicely rolled in a long cardboard box so no folds in the mat and it doubles as its case. There is no separate case as you would find with some of the other mainline gaming mats, but the box should hold up okay. The green grass side is fairly basic but usable. I like the desert side more. Final recommendation, if you want two basic terrain mats for about the price of one, then the new galeforce 9 battlefield in a box mat is a decent value. 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
